BH Cosmetics Sculpt and Blend Set

If you’ve seen my previous post on What I got for Valentines Day?!? you will understand why I couldn’t resist purchasing this new makeup brush set. I have my eyes on so many makeup brushes out there but I have never really thought of which particular brand I would go for. Some of the brushes that I would really want to have are Sigma, Morphe and on the cheaper line Wet n Wild and if you’re wondering why WnW when there are more better than that, probably because they look beautiful? ❤

Anyway, after I received my Valentine’s Day presents we went to Marshalls to purchase one specific item for my heat styling tools. But while I was waiting in line and standing in the “aisle of doom” I noticed this one last box of BH Cosmetics Sculpt and Blend (10 piece) Brush Set and immediately I went and grabbed them. I’ve heard and read great reviews about BH Cosmetics especially their makeup line (another item on my wishlist) so without second thoughts, they all came home with me AND I thought they are just perfect for my new eyeshadow and blush palettes too.

I will break this post into two parts so we will be able to focus a little better. 🙂

I love the black and gold detail on these brushes, they are also vegan, cruelty free synthetic brushes, very high-quality and lightweight but very sturdy too. I’ve used a few of these brushes already and they feel so smooth, it didn’t shed, it picked up the products nicely and very affordable too. I paid $16.99 for this 10-piece set. 113 – Round Blending Face Brush is great for liquid foundations. If you want a very subtle airbrush effect then a round blending brush is definitely what you need. This is also ideal for loose or pressed formulas as this will really mix and blend the products well on your skin.

114 – Angled Blending Face Brush I would say is good for any powder or pressed products like blushes or bronzers. You can also use this to contour due to its slim shape, this will really hug the angles of your face or the hollows of your cheekbones.

115 – Tapered Contouring Face Brush and just by looking at the brush itself, you can immediately tell that this is great for bronzers, blush or even highlighters and because of its precise tip it can easily reach the tight areas of your face like around the nose or even on your cupids bow. This brush is also perfect for contouring.

116 – Flat Blending Face Brush is awesome for liquid or cream products. With it’s dual-fiber bristles it picks-up and holds the liquid or cream products really well.

117 – Angled Contouring Face Brush is probably my favorite of them all. It has both flat and angled shaped brush that can be used in so many ways. You can use this when applying either liquid or powder foundation, cream or powder blushes or bronzers and even good for contouring or blending your makeup and will still give you that flawless finish.

      Ive heard about these brand a lot which intrigued me so much so when I had the chance yes! I got to have them.. They look and feel great too.. Super light but really comfortable when you’re holding them.. Unlike other brushes that’s kind weird or heavy on the hands.. (I hope you know what I mean)lol
