I know I’m a month behind in sharing my IPSY Glam Bag but I thought it’s better this way so I can provide some feedback on products that I’ve tried.

IPSY’s month of November theme was ROCKSTARLET.

The bag print is cute, it does have this “denim-like” material with a gold print that I like.

Now, how about the products?

  • Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara – I’ve said this before and I will say this again, unfortunately, I am not a fan of this mascara since day one. This is my second Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara and another mascara that will be handed over to those who wants it. I’ve reviewed this mascara in the past (Mascara Collection/Review) and it was not on top of my list, click HERE for details.

  •  EYEKO Eyeko Skinny Liquid Eyeliner deluxe in Black – I’ve worn this liquid eyeliner a few times and so far I’m impressed. This liquid eyeliner is long wearing, very black, super easy to use and it didn’t transfer to my eyelid which is great!

  • Luxie Beauty Luxie Rose Gold Small Duo Fiber Brush 524T – This small duo fiber has a pink and rose gold handle which is beautiful. It feels so soft and it does have a synthetic white fibers on the end of the brush to make the application even easier. It’s hypoallergenic and it’s best for powders, cream or liquid products too. I haven’t put this to the test but I’m sure I will reach for this brush a ton.

  • Ciaté London Liquid Velvet Matte Liquid Lipstick in Diva – I got really excited when I saw this liquid lipstick. In case you don’t know, I LOVE Red lipsticks and this shade is gorgeous. As soon as I saw this lipstick, I immediately tried them on. I really like the precision tip applicator too, it helps me apply the lipstick quicker and easier. This liquid lipstick doesn’t dry quick compared to my other liquid lipsticks. I had to wait for a couple of minutes until it completely dried down. This Ciaté London liquid lipstick is VERY Long wearing. However, it didn’t dry matte for whatever reason, I had to pat the excess for a matte finish look.

  • Verb Ghost Oil – I’ve never heard of this Verb Ghost Oil before but the ingredients sounds amazing (soy protein and bamboo extract). It’s great for all hair types which is a huge plus and I am all about finding the best stuff for my hair so I will definitely use this soon.fileasset

    Lastly, I finally used the points that I earned for the very first time!

    And since I’ve been wanting to try the Benefit Cosmetics They’re Real! Lengthening & Volumizing Mascara, I guess it was the perfect time to use my earned points for it.

     This mascara has a wet formulation, super black, very volumizing, lengthening and it also held my eyelash curl really well. The wand is very unique that it makes the application so easy. The tip of this wand is useful to reach the tiniest lashes there is. I really like this mascara and the best part is, it didn’t irritate my eyes.

  2. I got a Ciate lipstick this month! Looking forward to trying it.

    Great bag, though it’s a shame you don’t like the TF mascara. Nice to see you got to redeem some points! I finally did this month and I guess it will be arriving in Jan. 🙂

      The Ciate is very soft on the lips.. and yes the TF is not my fave, I always notice some falls-out and sometimes mudges on the lower lash line too.. not a fan.. and yes! I never new about the points until just recently (shame on me) but finally took advantage and got a full size mascara (500 points for this)😍

  4. I read somewhere claiming that the Too Face Better Than Sex mascara is the best selling mascara. I call BS on that! The best selling mascaras are at the drugstore and do not cost $30!
    That Luxie brush would be perfect for those blushes that are too pigmented. I use them when I don’t want to look like a clown!
    That Ciate liquid lipstick looks great – I bet that colour suits you really well!

      I agree!!!!! I love CG the Super Sizer so much and works soooooo much better than TF.. I also heard that they changed the formulation on this TF-Better Than Sex mascara and now works like crap.. and the lipstick color is really pretty! Great for this holiday season too!😍 and yes! The brush, I can’t wait to try it.. it’s really cute too..

  8. Hi thanks for doing the review! That Luxie brush looks amazing. 🙂 I love the Better Than Sex applicator and it makes my lashes look lovely, but it flakes so quickly and I end up looking like I got rode hard and put up wet. I’m anxious to try their waterproof version to see if that provides a different result.
