Let’s get the Rimmel London look!

OK-OK, you all know that I am such a huge fan of Rimmel London products most especially with their nail polishes (60 seconds) quick dry and their foundation, concealer, lip products (I guess everything) HAHA. Now let me show you what I collectively purchased over the past weeks.

Rimmel London Glam’Eyes Quad Eye Shadow in 031MAYFAIR

Swatches are numbered based on the packaging

  1. Great for the crease (can also be used by itself)

  4. Smokey eyes must-have!

PROS:

  • Comes in (4) four wearable shades
  • Highly pigmented
  • Super easy to use
  • Back label provides guide on how to use/apply the eyeshadow
  • Convenient for travel
  • Very affordable
  • Great for everyday use
  • Cruelty free ❤

Rimmel London Magnify’eyes Kohl Kajal Shadow Liner in 003 – QUEENS OF THE BRONZE AGE

  • Definitely wearable shades
  • Blends smoothly
  • Easy to apply
  • Affordable ( for an amazing quality)
  • Highly pigmented
  • Long-wearing
  • waterproof, creaseproof and transfer proof
  • Cruelty free ❤
  • Retails for $5.82

Rimmel London Stay Blushed! Liquid Cheek Tint

Purchased three shades of this liquid cheek tint.

  • 005 – APRICOT GLOW
  • 001 – POP OF PINK
  • 003 – PEACH FLUSH

PROS:

  • Long-wearing (for sure)
  • Easy to blend
  • Matte finish (not sure if others will like it matte, but I do)
  • Very affordable
  • Convenient tube packaging
  • Lightweight
  • Cruelty Free ❤
  • Retails for $2.82 (paid $1.00 each)

CONS:

  • Slightly scented (not a fan of it)
  • Matte finish (others might not like it)
  • Limited shade options (not too bad, not too great either! But I personally like them)

Rimmel The Only One Lipstick in 200 – IT’S A KEEPER

PROS:

  • Elegant packaging
  • Non-drying, moisturizing
  • Super rich and creamy
  • Pigmentation is amazing
  • Long lasting
  • Great shade options
  • Affordable
  • Cruelty free ❤
  • Retails for $6.97

CONS:

  • The scent is very strong/overwhelming (to me anyway)
  • Only used it once and will never wear it again (because of the scent)

Rimmel London Kate Sculpting Kit in 002 – CORAL GLOW

Finally! I was able to lay my hands on this Rimmel London Kate Sculpting Kit and got the shade Coral Glow.

PROS:

  • The blush is perfection
  • The contour shade is just a perfect match for my skin tone
  • The highlight shade is good (I used it as an eyeshadow and the result is pretty!)
  • Pigmentation is beautiful (blush and contour)
  • Super smooth, blendable and buildable (if needed)
  • Long wearing
  • Packaging is elegant
  • Great size for travel or to carry around in your every bag
  • Very affordable (for such an amazing product)
  • Cruelty free ❤
  • Retails for $6.47

CONS:

  •  The highlighter can be improved a little bit more (but it’s not too bad though! I will still use it)

FINAL THOUGHTS:

I love everything in this mini-haul except for the lipstick. The quality, pigmentation and formulation are great but I cannot stand the scent! I find it too strong that it actually lingers when applied, eventually it’ll go away but I do have such a sensitive sense of smell that causes me to get headaches when I don’t like what I’m smelling. I had one other shade of the same lipstick line but that didn’t smell like this one though.

So, what do you guys think? have you tried any of the products mentioned above?
