I finally made up my mind on this infamous L’Oreal Paris Voluminous Lash Paradise Washable Mascara in Blackest Black (200). I was supposed to purchase the waterproof mascara but for some reason, I went home with this. This mascara retails from $7.09 to $9.99 depending on where you shop. I bought mine at Walmart for $8.97.

Now, let me share my thoughts.

Pros:

• Provides beautiful length
• Adds volume on lashes
• The wand separates the lashes without clumping
• Creamy texture (glides on lashes smoothly)
• The mascara darkens my lashes (noticeable difference)
• Easy to wash and no mess after washing
• Cute packing
• Price is fair

Cons:

• It flakes
• smudges (but not a lot)

The wand reminds me of the Marc Jacobs Beauty Velvet Noir Major Volume Mascara which I like. I plan on buying the waterproof version of this mascara to see if it’ll stay put and don’t flake or smudge on me. Overall, it’s a great lengthening and volumizing mascara except for the flaking and smudging part of it.
