Wow! April went by just like that and I hope I’m not yet late for my April Favorites.
I have been very minimal for the month of April and I’ve been wearing almost the same products all the time. I’ve been very careful with the products I applied on my face as you all know I’m still trying to cure some sparkles. Soon, I will post my updated skincare routine that made a huge difference on my skin. But before doing that, let me show you the products that I loved for the past month.
Foundation
L’Oreal Visible Lift Absolute Serum Advance Age-Reversing Makeup in the shade Light Ivory #144. I love this so much as it feels very light on the skin, not “cakey” and the coverage is just perfect on my skin. ($11.99)
Rimmel Match Perfection Light Perfecting Radiance Sunscreen Foundation in the shade Light Nude #102. You all know how much I love Rimmel Products and this is definitely a must-have on my makeup collection. Aside from it’s consistency the price is also very affordable ($4.97).
Concealer
Rimmel Match Perfection 2-In-1 Concealer And Highlighter in the shade Fair/Light #230. I am not a huge fan of concealer but this item definitely captured my attention last month. It feels very light weight, covers imperfection with gentle, precise application and it can also be used as a highlighter. ($4.97)
Powder
Maybelline New York Fit Me Pressed Powder this is another item that didn’t irritate my skin. I have a very sensitive skin and so I am very picky in choosing a powder. I use this to set my foundation and concealer. It’s flawless powder that goes beyond matching to merge seamlessly with your skin. I use the shade Classic Ivory #120 and this cost $4.99.
Blush
Milani Baked Blush – who doesn’t know this awesome baked blush? The multiple infusion of colors blends perfectly to shape, contour and highlight your cheeks. This is just perfect on any skin types. ($8.49)
Eyeshadow
theBalm Cosmetics NUDE Dude Eyeshadow Single – I got this from my very first Ipsy Glam Bag subscription and I love the shade so much and it’s just very convenient to carry in your purse.
Mascara
Maybelline Lash Sensational Mascara – I am obsessed with this mascara so much and is Very easy to apply on your lashes. It gives you the look of multiplied lashes, making your lash line appear fuller and thicker than before. This mascara gives you long-lasting wear and weather resistance. ($6.94)
Blush Brush
Essential Tools Blush Brush – Surprise.. Surprise!!!! One word.. AWESOME! 🙂
Lips
Carmex Original Click Stick Moisturizing SPF 15 Lip Balm – My Holy Grail! ❤
L’Oreal Paris Colour Riche Pop Lip Balm – This balm feels nourishing on your lips, leaving them soft and kissable and the smell is very delicious too. I love it! 🙂
Scent
Jor’el Parker “Femina” – another item from my Ipsy Glam Bag and since I got this, it has been my most reached perfume so far. The smell is very subtle, very feminine and it last long too. Great Job IPSY! 🙂
Sponge
Real Techniques Miracle Complexion Sponge changed my foundation/concealer/powder application. I used to use my fingers or used wedges sponges when I apply my foundation but since I tried the Real Techniques Complexion Sponge, It did really make a huge difference on the result of my makeup. Gives you flawless base, it evenly blends makeup for a smooth enhanced finish and ideal for using with cream and liquid foundation, primer, concealers and loose powders. ($4.99)
Happy Cinco de Mayo Cyber-Friends! 🙂
