Am I too late to be joining the bandwagon on this Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Eraser Dark Circle Treatment & Concealer? I’ve been wanting to try this product for so long but I thought maybe it’s just a hype and might not even be worth it. But I finally gave in and purchased one.
I wanted to swatch them but no tester available so I purchased the shade FAIR just to be on the safe side.
Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Eraser Dark Circle Treatment:
- Erases the appearance of under-eye circles
- Diminishes puffiness around the eyes
- Contains Goji berry and haloxyl
- Micro-corrector applicator fills and smooths fine lines
- Use neutralizer shade for extreme dark circles
- Use brightener shade for a luminous touch
- Simple to use eye concealer
- Available color shades: medium, light, honey, fair, neutralizer and brightener
Directions:
Instructions:Turn collar of the micro-corrector applicator in direction of arrows until product is visible on sponge. This may require a number of turns. Adjust accordingly for desired amount of product. Using applicator, apply concealer directly to under-eye area, blending in an outward motion. To apply more, twist collar of applicator 1-2 clicks at a time. For best results, use sparingly. For extreme dark circles, apply the neutralizer shade underneath your concealer shade. Use the brightener shade to add a luminous touch to inner corner of eyes, cheek And brow bones And bridge of nose.
I’m quite unsure whether I like the micro-corrector applicator or not, that is because I find it unhygienic. However, this applicator makes the application so easy. This shade does have a pink undertone, medium to full coverage, very pigmented, super lightweight, non-cakey and it did not break me out. Since I am always dealing with unflattering under-eye circles, this Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Eraser Dark Circle Treatment & Concealer does an amazing job. It helps lessen the visible dark circles and it brightens the eye areas too. I purchased this at Walmart for $7.19 and I must say, it’s worth it. I am definitely impressed and have been using it for a few weeks now.

I’ve used this and is a really great concealer,but after a while the top sponge gets quite disgusting

I don’t think so. They are attached and I don’t think it can be replaced either.

I used to use the dream lumi and loved it but I switch to the Fit Me concealer and now this. 😊😊

Don’t worry, I only got on this bandwagon recently too! I really like this concealer, it’s easy to apply and it blends out easily and doesn’t cake up. Awesome post, as always!

When you think about any of the doe foot applicator like the Nars concealer, it’s not any more unhygenic than those. 😛 Or even lip glosses. Also, the sponge is treated with an anti-bacterial treatment, so Maybelline advise not to wash it.
I love LOVE this concealer and have gone through many tubes. My main challenge is not finding the perfect shade match. I always have to buy 2 and mix.
