Urban Decay Perversion Mascara

I love to try different mascaras so much so when I saw this in my bag, I got really excited! I have used this once (since I received this bag) and so far I liked it. I will be using this a ton and review will be shared soonest.

Next product in my bag is SEPHORA COLLECTION Contour Eye Pencil 12hr Wear Waterproof

This is in the color Flirting Game – Taupe (15). I rarely use eye pencil but when I do, I always make sure that it’s waterproof because I have such a watery eyes. I haven’t tried this yet but feels soft and glides smoothly when swatched. I cannot wait to put this to the test.

CLEAN Reserve Blonde Rose 

Smells really good at first “sniff” but it’s yet too early to tell. It’s a floral scent (which I am not a fan of). I have not used this yet so I am not sure if this is my kind of scent. There are perfumes that gives me headache after a while so I hope this is not one of those.

Lancôme Énergie de Vie The Smoothing & Glow Boosting Liquid Moisturizer

I haven’t tried this product before so I cannot wait to see how it works. This product is free from parabens, sulfates and phthalates with an amazing ingredients too!

MAKE UP FOR EVER Artist Shadow Eyeshadow and Powder Blush is very cute!

This is an eyeshadow in shade Pink Granite (Iridescent). I like eyeshadow colors like this, where you can use it at anytime of the day. This feels soft when swatched but it seemed like there’s fallouts too.

I had to swatch this a little bit harder because the color doesn’t show that much. But that doesn’t mean that this is not a good one as there are some eyeshadows that doesn’t blend nicely when swatched by your fingers but shows beautifully when applied with an eyeshadow brush.

Last item in my bag is Caudalie Resveratrol Lift Eye Lifting Balm.

To be honest with you, I don’t get excited when I get products like this. Maybe because I don’t see the need for it yet? But this lifting balm smells amazing so hey! why not try them right? This claims to reduce undereye puffiness which I am all for it.

  1. The Sephora eye liner is really good! I have a bunch including Flirting Game. 🙂
    I also have the Make Up For Ever eye shadow in I544 Pink Granite, it’s a beautiful colour and the formula is REALLY long wearing! (in fact, I wore it this weekend!) It isn’t BAM! pigmented like other eye shadows out there – you do have to use a patting motion. Here’s my review on those eye shadows:

      Oh great to know!!! That’s what I thought too, I know some shadows doesn’t swatch well but works great when used with the right tool and blended properly. I have been wanting to try the Sephora eyeliner too and now I can finally try it before purchasing one.. And yes I can relate with what you said on the quality of your (early) post. Looking back makes me laugh at it too.. But hey!! That’s how we learn right? 😄😄

  3. I definitely liked that sub for the 2 months that I tried it vs. 2 years worth of ipsy. Crazy I know, but I liked being able to know what brands I was getting each month. Ipsy had a few good ones, but overall I got tired of getting samples that I’d be using less than half of. Might have to look into that Sephora pencil. I had a sample of the Perversion mascara and sadly it smudged every time I used it. Hopefully it’s a different experience for you.

      I’ve used the mascara just for a day and so far it was good, I just wished I’ve worn it during a super hot day to test how well it works. And I agree with you on Ipsy now it’s like getting less exciting every month. I had to change my options several times and still kept receiving same crap..haha I am going to keep it maybe until December just because but might have to cancel them later. 🙂

      1. I still have a few things to cross off my Sephora list, so I’ll soon be on their Flash Shipping again. Plus I’m only a few hundred bucks away fro, VIB status. That’s surely doable. Haha!

          I am no way near the VIB category, Im more on drugstore than Sephora.. Everytime I go to Sephora I end up changing my mind and leave with nothing. Im currently hooked with Nordstrom Rack, been hauling some makeup from them lately. 🙂

      go for it, you have to be on the waitlist but I would say it’s worthit. I was on the waitlist just for a month. A friend of mine still on the waitlist and luckily I must have registered two emails so I gave her the other slot. 🙂
