I am so proud of myself as I was able to survive the entire month of April without buying any makeup at all. I may have had few discount coupons emailed to me but I stayed strong and didn’t fall for it. A HUGE Shout Out to my Cyber-Friends for giving me the boost to stay tough. 🙂 (high five you guys!!)

Now, it’s the 2nd day of May and I kind of bought just a few items. The first two items I grabbed is the Revlon ColorBurst – Lacquer Balm. I love these balms so much as they are very hydrating on the lips. I also love how they smell. It’s almost like the smell of a toothpaste as it smells “minty” and they glide on your lips like butter. Here I am again, sharing with you a few things that I just bought earlier today.

I never really planned of buying something but Forever 21 was calling my name..I was actually at home relaxing but I kept hearing this voice in my head saying “Forever 21 is ON SALE”..waahhhh!!! So, I ended up going just because.. I know.. I know.. that “just because” is never a good idea especially to someone like me..someone who has a shopping addiction. Yes I admit.. I have a shopping addition (I think..haha) but you know what? I was really excited when I walked in and I saw the sign “BUY ONE, GET ONE” on all clearance items.. Imagine how affordable would that be? aside from the reduced price, it’s buy one, get one free! and who doesn’t Love BOGO right?? OK, so this is the continuation of my previous post ParT One.. #1. I am going to show you the beauty products I purchased with some swatches as well.

Smells so good and I just want to eat the entire bottle) 🙂

Very smooth and non-drying on my lips)

L’Oreal Paris introduces Balm Pop. Vibrant color for a bold, daring pout + 8HR Hydration. (Don’t be surprised if you see this on my March Favorites! I LOVE THIS BALM POP SOO MUCH!)

Another cream shadow that I added to my collection is the Maybelline New York Eye Studio Color Tattoo 24HR Cream Gel Eyeshadow, #45 (Bold Gold). It cost me $6.99 and I wore this a lot since I bought them couple of weeks ago. Very easy to wear and it’s not too shimmery too. they are just perfect for everyday use. 🙂

This Maybelline New York Fit Me Concealer in shade #10 (Light) is another great purchase of mine. They are very light weight, not sticky or “cakey” on the face too.

ParT One.. #1

Couple of weeks ago, I went beauty shopping “again ” 😛 but I’ve decided to divide my posts into three. This will include a quick product review as well.

Face tools that I recently purchased and immediately fell in love with. I am going to try to make this post short and hopefully fun at the same time. So! let’s get started.

With My FAVEuary! post, I mentioned that I love the Essential Tools brushes more than the Real Techniques brushes. They are just so soft and they doesn’t even have fall-outs.. if that’s even a proper word “fall-outs”.. If you haven’t tried them please do so. These brushes are so cheap and if you’re wondering where to find them, I purchased mine at Walmart. You guys might wonder why I mentioned Walmart a ton it’s because Walmart is closer to where I live and they are just very affordable too which is the most important of all. 🙂

I purchased two more brushes and they are the Deluxe Powder brush and the Smooth Coverage makeup brush.
