July Favorites!

Wow where did the month of July go? I hope you all are having a great summer! 🙂 It’s been crazy busy this past month or so. It’s been a roller coaster ride but let’s not talk about that instead, let’s talk about my July faves.

Now for the month of July, as always I have been very lazy and been wearing almost the same products over and over again. Most of these products I’m sure you’ve seen them in my past posts so I apologize in advance. 🙂

Essence Silky Touch Blush / Rimmel London ScandalEyes Eye Shadow Stick
  1. Rimmel London Match Perfection Concealer – I use the shade 240 (Fair/Light Neutral) and this is great because it’s 2-in-1 concealer & highlighter.
  2. Rimmel London Lasting Finish (25hr) with Serum Comfort in the shade 100 (Ivory). It’s full coverage foundation enriched with a comfort serum. Instant, perfect coverage that lasts all day. Sweat, heat, humidity and transfer proof. However, I am not sure about the 25 hours part as I don’t leave any foundation all day or all night.
  3. Maybelline “Shine Free” Pressed Powder in Soft Cameo #02 – It’s definitely “Shine Free”, lightweight and not “cakey” at all.
  4. Essence Silky Touch Blush in the shade Autumn Peach #80 – This was a recent purchase and since then, it has been my fave, I used this almost everyday and for sure will use this over and over again. This blush is very pigmented so just a few product on your blush brush and it goes a very long way!
  5. Maybelline “Fit Me” Concealer in Light #10 – I’m sure everyone will agree how good this concealer is so I guess no description needed. 😛
  6. Essence Lash Mania Mascara – OMG! If only I can show you how this makes wonder on my lashes. This is another purchase from the Essence line and I never thought that it will land on my monthly favorites. I don’t think it’s waterproof but no worries as it doesn’t smudge nor flake. I love this so much! ❤
  7. Rimmel London ScandalEyes Eye Shadow Stick/Crayon – 24hr/waterproof in the shade Bulletproof Beige #002. I take this with me in my makeup bag everyday and it’s very easy to apply, blendable and most importantly it’s waterproof. You can use this as a base or apply with other shade as well. #well-Loved ❤
  8. Liptitude 24/7 Hydrating Lip Stain – This was in my June Favorites, what can we do? I just can’t let this lip stain go! HAHA

June Favorites!

Is it too late for my June Favorites??? I hope not.. 🙂

For the month of June, I have been very minimal when it comes to makeup. So let’S not make this chat longer..and let’s get started!

Rimmel BB Cream, Light, 1 fl oz ($6.49)

I have always been a fan of any Rimmel London products and this BB Cream has been my go to product before I apply my foundation. Sometimes I just use the BB Cream then finish it with powder if I’m in a rush. This BB Cream is very light-weight, it feels good on my skin and very affordable too. What else can you ask for?

Revlon ColorStay Makeup for Combination/Oily Skin, 150 Buff, 1 fl oz ($9.49)

I love how this stays on my face and I love the coverage as well. It’s not “cakey” and it’s very lightweight. Verdict, I will repurchase this product again.

k2-_59e2d628-74bf-43e4-913a-8bdb39c8f846.v1Maybelline New York Fit Me Concealer in Light ($7.49)

Flawless look that lets the real you come through. It’s makeup that doesn’t mess with you. Natural coverage that leaves skin the way it was meant to be. It feels fresh and as always very light-weight.

4155424771Maybelline New York Fit Me Pressed Powder ($5.94)

I’m sure you’ve seen this over and over and over again on my monthly favorites post as this pressed powder is just really really good. This powder naturally sets makeup and smoothens skin’s texture and blends seamlessly too.

Wet n Wild Color Icon SPF 15 Bronzer, Reserve Your Cabana ($3.93)

I was hesitant when I first bought this because I’ve never really used a Bronzer before. But you know what? Since the first very time I’ve laid my hands on this Bronzer, it has been used every single day. Sometimes I don’t apply blush anymore as this gives my skin a really nice and subtle glow. Thumbs-up Wet & Wild! 🙂

k2-_c5a19293-8976-4755-9e80-8c438d0193ea.v1Maybelline New York Eye Studio Color Tattoo Leather 24HR Eyeshadow ($5.94)

The most convenient, long lasting every day eyeshadow in the planet. If only I can wear all the shades they have I will surely purchase them all. I couldn’t ask for anything else in a cream eyeshadow.

Maybelline New York Lash Sensational Waterproof Mascara ($6.74)

I’ve heard other beauty lovers doesn’t love this mascara, but so far this has been my go-to mascara ever since I bought it. I use this every single day and it doesn’t irritate my eyes. It’s waterproof which is a plus and my lashes looks nice when I use this product. I will definitely purchase this mascara again.

Who would ever think that one of my most used lip product for the month of June is a lip stain. I am not really a fan of lip stain but this is really good. I love the smell, I love how it feels on my lips, it’s non-drying and the shade is also great. Aside from that, this is one of my Ipsy item for the month as well. Thanks Ipsy! 🙂

May Favorites!

Where did the month of May go? I’m sure you’ve asked the same exact question right? Anyway, the good thing is that summer is here and May Favorites is now happening so stay tuned!

I have been very minimal last month, in other words (LAZY) haha. This might not be a very interesting post but hey! this products got me through the entire month with a smile. 🙂

Now, let’s get started.

  • 2015-08-6--18-52-10Simple Cleansing Micellar Water – At first I didn’t like it but the longer I used it, I started loving it. It cleanse really well and the best part is, it doesn’t break me out.
  • Simple Replenishing Rich Moisturizer – Surprise Surprise!!! What else can I say about this moisturizer?? hhmmppp.. THE BEST! ❤
  • Ole Henriksen Sheer Transformation (oil free perfecting creme repairs skin with vitamin C complex, licorice root and pea extract. – I found this product in the “isle of doom” at Sephora as I was looking for a product that will help eliminate or reduce this pimple scar on my face. I’m not 100% sure if it did help but I noticed a difference on the spots so I thought to just continue using them. I just got the sample size because I was worried that it might irritate my skin, gladly this creme is very gentle and I like it. 🙂
  • Glam Glow Youthmud (Tinglexfoliate Treatment) – My Savior, a Must Have, Holy Grail. This product played a huge part on my face. Because of this, I stopped getting “sparkles”, the moment I can feel that a pimple is popping-up I dab a small amount on the spot and leave it overnight. The next morning, the monster is gone! I am so glad I found this Glam Glow Youthmud. I got the sample size again just to try it out and it lasted me for months since I don’t use this on my entire face. THIS PRODUCT IS A MIRACLE!

2015-08-6--18-57-51

  • Real Techniques Miracle Complexion Sponge – you guys know what this is.. 🙂
  • MAC “BlushBaby” Sheertone Blush – This is a re-discovered product and I have been loving it ever since we met again.
  •  Maybelline “Fit Me” Pressed Powder – I’m killing this pressed powder to death. I love how it kept me shine-free all throughout the day and very very lightweight too which is good.
  • Maybelline “Fit Me” Concealer – This concealer is great in covering some unwanted scars/spots on my face. I love how it feels on my skin and most importantly, it doesn’t break me out.
  • 2015-08-6--19-01-44NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream in the shade Milan – This shade is good for everyday wear, it’s matte, non-drying, smells really good (yummy) and can be worn during the day or even at night.
  • Covergirl Clump Crusher by lashblast Mascara – Another item that I’ve been reaching a lot for this past month. It’s really a clump crusher, though it’s not volumizing but they do keep the curl. It’s another product that is good for everyday wear but I don’t recommend this for night time or if you are going for a glam look.
  • Carmex Original Lip Balm – Please note that as long as you follow my posts, you will forever see this lip balm. You all know that this is another item that I CANNOT LIVE WITHOUT.

Let me squeeze a non-beauty item in this post. This two items below have been my go-to footwear since Spring arrived. They are just so comfortable, easy to wear and can be paired with anything. I’ve had this items for over a year now and they still look great. The sandals are from NY&Co. while the “loafers” are from Nine West. They both have a hint of gold on them as I love gold so much. You will see me wearing these babies a lot for sure.

2015-08-6--19-02-54The End! ❤
